Her restaurant features fixed price menus of multiple courses that twirl around a themed menu that is offered to a limited amount of diners. You reserve a spot, almost like buying a theater ticket.

Her multi-course meals concentrate on ingredients, presenting the small portion dishes in an amazing, beautiful style. Imagine amaranth chips and fermented elderberries served with a slice of brisket and garnished with sunchoke or marigold flowers. Our last visit introduced us to char-grilled baby corn in their husks that we were able to eat the whole corn, even the cob. What an experience that was!
