Award winning or nominated chefs participating in the March 28th James Beard award dinner in Nashville, TN.
- Pitmaster Pat Martin of Martin’s Bar-B-Que-Joint and Hugh-Baby’s BBQ & Burger Shop restaurant.
Pat Martin is a leader in American barbecue and supports the techniques of Tennessee-style whole hog BBQ, pit-cooked barbecue and live-fire cooking. He is the master of scratch-made sides to sauces. He now has 7 locations sprinkled across Nashville and has expanded into Alabama, Kentucky, and South Carolina.
- James Beard Award winner Sean Brock of Audrey, The Continental, Joyland and June restaurants.
- He introduced the culinary world to Low country cooking at his renowned restaurants for over 20 years. He won the James Beard Award for Best Chef, Southeast and is a four-time finalist for Outstanding Chef as well as three-time finalist for Rising Star Chef. His first cookbook Heritage is a New York Times Bestseller along with his follow-up book SOUTH. Chef Brock also hosted the James Beard Award for American Cooking and Emmy Award winning television show Mind of a Chef.
- 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist Trevor Moran of Locust restaurant.
- James Beard Award nominee Philip Krajeck & his Sous Chef of Rolf & Daughters and Folk restaurants, James Beard Award nominated Chef Philip Krajeck and Eater’s 2018 Chef of the Year – dishes up rustic Mediterranean dishes at Rolf & Daughters, famous Folk’s Clam Pizza Pie, and always in-demand seaweed and dashi butter.

The owner of his Germantown restaurant -Tailor, he has built his following blending recipes from his Indian heritage with his Southern upbringing. He was named the No. 7 Best New Restaurant by Bon Appetit magazine and was a semifinalist for Best Chef: Southeast.
- 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist Noelle Marchetti of Yolan at the St. Joseph hotel in Nashville.
