Vanilla Cream Swans, Assorted Macaroons, Chocolate Mousse Gateaux, and Petite White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake Tarts were on the upper layer of the tea party tray.
Virginia Ham on a Hawaiian Roll with Honey Mustard, Salmon Mousse Gateaux, Cucumber, Watercress Crema, Tomato Jam with Micro Watercress, and Turkey Salad Tartlets with Cranberry Sauce were placed on the Mid-Level of the Tea Party Tray.
Traditional Scones and Butterscotch Tea Cakes with Lemon Curd, Preserves and Devonshire Cream were presented on the Bottom Level of the Tea Party Tray
