Elegant Walnut Spice Easter Cake
This European styled cake is perfect for celebrating Easter. The cake has a rich spicy flavor and is drizzled with a sweet butter glaze. Crunchy ground walnuts cover the top. It can also be served simply cut in squares without the decorations and can be prepared using different pan sizes. For a fancy touch, add a plum prune topping or use your favorite pastry filling.
