We scoured the options and discovered a hidden gem, a medical pharmacist. She not only knows about all your medicines and interactions but is able to help you with general topics like diet, home health care, lifestyle choices, and provide personalized health services. Sylvia Ezra is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist, who is also certified for diabetes care and as an education specialist. She completed pharmacy school at Purdue University and completed residency at Franciscan in Lafayette. Sylvia worked for IU Health and started in hospital pharmacy for 3 years and then switched to working in primary care for the last 4 years.
