Around the holidays, we went to Lincoln Park Conservatory and enjoyed an Edible Plant Tour. It was amazing!
Susan Salpeter, a docent at the Conservatory, welcomed us and led the tour. She answered questions, shared information about the plants, and had samples available so we could see the various parts of the plants, examine their textures, and even smell them. It was an hour educational tour, packed with interesting facts about the unique plants.
