Minutemaid Frozen 100% Pure Lemon Juice
PRODUCT SHOUT-OUT – There seems to be certain products that I just can’t live without Minute Maid Premium Lemon Juice is one of these. I’m happy that it has no preservatives or additives,, but most of all I love the idea that it is always there when I need it.
Since I use lemon juice to flavor many of my dishes like fish, chicken, vegetables, salads, and many baked goodies, I always found myself hunting up those golden lemons, rolling or microwaving them to extract the most juice I could. This product saved me from running to the store because the last one disappeared.
Minute Maid Premium Lemon Juice can be found in the frozen food department and stored in the freezer (near frozen fruit juices) or thawed and used from your refrigerator, just like those little lemons. Each bottle contains the juice of about 7 lemons and has a handy pour top container. Since it is 100% pure lemon juice, it provides a vibrant fresh taste that I like to add to my recipes. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 8 weeks, (almost indefinitely if frozen) but it never lasts that long in my house.
When I checked what other people said about it on the web, I found that they liked the idea that it kept very well. One person mentioned that she had severe arthritis and had a difficult time squeezing those fresh lemons. This product provided an easy way for her to add fresh lemon to her recipes.

BUT NOW – I’m hoping that you get fresh limes to joint this party. I sure would like to have one of those frozen lime juice products ready to go in my refrigerator too. I never seem to have enough limes.
